Sharing The Stage

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the people I get to share the stage world with.

In my world, we see so many people that gather together to make the world a better place. Unfortunately, that better place is started by the realization of how bad things are. I stand beside parents of children that needed help with education to give them a fair chance at the world. I stand beside people who needed to learn to read so they could get jobs to feed their families. I stand beside people that need medical and emotion help to just be able to exist in their own skin. I stand beside people that need legal help to have a chance to walk a day in the sun without fear. I stand beside people that have illnesses that need medical miracles to survive another day. I stand beside people that have lost their loved ones. I stand beside children that have been abused or lost their families to abuse. I stand beside humans that had their body sold against their will. I stand beside people that need water. I stand beside people that needed a roof. I stand beside people that can’t stand. I stand beside people that woke up one day in a world that completely changed before they went to sleep again. I stand beside so many hero’s in my job that it’s impossible not to feel for our world. I want to say thank you to these people. To the brave survivors of another day. You are the ones that make it possible for another day for another person. You are our inspiration. You are the light in the world to make it a better place. Thank you for fighting thank you for sharing.

Next, to these people are entire charities that gather to take a stand to change these situations. They work hard every day to fix these injustices. I stand next to them.

Every time I work to inspire someone to raise a paddle or make a donation. I stand for the people that need the change and I stand for the people that work to make the change. I stand for you as you want to make the world better and I am thankful for each and every one of you.

Love,
Erin
